Cancelled order after waiting 2 months and after endless calls and emails to Mario and Campbell, the promised of a refund never arrived. Luckily, after 21 days PayPal refunded my money. Date of experience: 27 February 2024. Webthe communication between me and the My Robot Doll support (Alice) was very good. All my questions got answered. Also the additional service was fantastic. I ordered a faceless fabric doll and then got offered a choice between various head shapes. I didn't even know there were any options for that.
